Mojito Dessert Bars
Serves 9, Prep Time - 15 minutes, Cook Time - 45 minutes

Crust-

1 ½ cups Flour

¼ cup Sugar
-
½ cup Cold Butter, cut into small pieces
Filling-

3 Egg Yolks
-
14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
-
¼ cup Mojito White Barrel Aged Balsamic
-
2 Limes, zested
-
¼ cup Fresh Lime Juice, about 2-3 large limes
-
8 Mint Leaves, chopped

Powdered Sugar, Lime Zest, and Chopped Mint, to garnish
Directions-

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

In a food processor combine ingredients for the crust and pulse until combined. Add to the baking dish and smooth down the crust. Bake for 25 minutes or until slightly golden around the edges.

With an electric mixer, whisk egg yolks until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add in condensed milk, Mojito Balsamic, lime zest, lime juice, and mint leaves, whisk to combine.

Pour over the crust and bake for 15 minutes until the center is set

Let the bars cool, then transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours up to overnight.

Cut into slices and then garnish with powdered sugar, lime zest, and chopped mint. Enjoy!
